The clinic was clean, on time and efficient. Absolutely no complaints.
Dr. Souhair Aoun was AMAZING... 10stars. She did not rush us , answered dozens of questions and was extremely knowledgeable. She was on time and did not keep us waiting 1 minute past our scheduled appointment time.

Whether reviewers here give it 5 stars or just one, depends on personal experience and expectations, so don‘t give much attention to the number of stars. The reality is that this hospital is good and the personnel in the emergency is working hard, doing their best, but at times they are overwhelmed with patients. The reality is - you may be attended in three min or in three hours, but still within reasonable time as compared to emergency rooms wait times in Canada and the US. the service may be slow at times, but will also be comparable, if not better. Only doctors speak English, the rest of staff speaks the cibao dialect of Dominican Spanish, which is hard to understand even if you speak Spanish well, but not a native speaker, so if you have some local friend or family, they will be useful. If you end up being hospitalized, you will discover the rooms to be a very good condition, clean and well equipped, the staff in the hospital floors much more available, caring, polite and helpful, although not super fast - they will not go out of their zone of slow poking comfort to help you even if they assure you they will. Despite a few minuses, overall it is a good hospital.
